I had really high hopes for this movie before i watched it and visually i was not let down it looks amazing.  What let it down for me was the underlying story.  A large battle-city that moves around the earth feeding on smaller cities and at the time developing a super-weapon?  Return of the Jedi maybe ?  Even the end sequence has the peaceful tribe attacking the large city in small flying machines eventually getting inside to destroy the cities main power source.  I just wish the writers could have come up with  something new instead.

Overall the film is a visual treat, but the story is lacking and for me it had to many cliché’s and it brought very little new ideas to the table.  Don’t get me wrong its a good movie as long as you disconnect your brain before watching it.
